Macquarie University has a perception problem.
While being home to some of Australia’s finest innovations, such as Wifi and the world’s first gamma knife, they are not viewed as established as the sandstone universities. And unfortunately, not considered as innovative as the tech-heavy upstarts. So, in order to change the perceptions of people off campus, Macquarie took a closer look around their campus. And they found the one thing that sets them apart from every other university. A founding principle that has proven itself time and again. They call it - ‘Connected Intelligence’. We called it - ‘The human equation for success - You to the power of us’
We set out to capture this human equation in action. From biology labs to financial research projects, surprising collaborations are happening all over the campus. A campus designed to foster collaboration for the benefit of everyone.
